Located conveniently, this hotel does have its merits. The cleanliness was commendable, and I appreciated the air conditioning during the humid days. The flat-screen TV added a nice touch for downtime, which is essential after exploring the local area. This establishment fell short in several critical areas. The housekeeping service lacked consistency; While the sheets were eventually freshened up, it took an unreasonable amount of follow-up, stretching from my early check-in at 5 AM until nearly 10 AM. This delay detracted from the overall experience. Also of concern was the service. This disheartened me, especially since I had proof of payment.
