Review by hotel critic
As a travel writer from Toronto, delving into different accommodations is part of my work, and my recent experience with this hotel has prompted me to share my insights. Located conveniently, this hotel does have its merits. The cleanliness was commendable, and I appreciated the air conditioning during the humid days. The flat-screen TV added a nice touch for downtime, which is essential after exploring the local area. This establishment fell short in several critical areas. The housekeeping service lacked consistency; While the sheets were eventually freshened up, it took an unreasonable amount of follow-up, stretching from my early check-in at 5 AM until nearly 10 AM. This delay detracted from the overall experience. Also of concern was the service. This disheartened me, especially since I had proof of payment. In summary, if you're weighing luxury versus value, consider if the location and basic amenities align with your expectations.
